after Mass
2. Parishioners are encouraged to
bring their own
lanterns, however, paper lanterns will be provided
for those without lanterns.
*Please do not bring musical lantern
3. Lantern
competition
Prizes will be given to the best designed
lanterns
Based
on originality and creativity.
4. A potluck
dinner will be held in the hall. For those
interested in
contributing food and beverage kindly
inform Anna
Lee (Tel:012-7181409)
5. Mooncakes
and Chinese tea will be served.
6. Kindly park your vehicles in the parking lots
around
the hall and NOT at the church area. This is to
facilitate the lantern procession. We
apologize for
the inconvenience caused.
Cleaning team

Cleaning Team.

Church is looking clean , neat and tidy.

Legion of Mary
The
Legion of Mary ( English ) had their first meeting at
St
Henry's Lodge(parish house). About 20 members attended
this fruitful and enriching sharing
,with Mother Mary as the
main
protagonist .
Please
do continue to pray for peace in the Middle East and
for
Christians who are being persecuted for their Faith.

Dear Brothers and sisters in Christ,
Jesus
said that Peter is thinking as a human being, not as
God.
" Get behind me" is an instruction such as a teacher
would
say," Line up behind me, class, and follow me."
We find meaning by being willing to get in line behind Jesus
We find meaning by being willing to get in line behind Jesus
and
follow Him wherever He leads, even if it means ending
up
on the cross. We mustn't merely resign
ourselves to suffering.
Taking
up the cross is an act of willing choice to follow Jesus' plan.
