“To hope and act with Creation”
| The theme for 2024 Season of Creation (SOS) (1 Sept to 4 Oct 2024) is The annual Season of Creation runs from 1 September (World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation) to 4 October, the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi. The theme for this year is from Romans 8:19-25. We are reminded that “For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now. And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies. For in this hope we are saved.” |
