The Book of Revelation teaches that following Christ does not protect or insulate us from suffering.
Those who suffer for their faith will be as helpless as Jesus who hung on the cross. Like Jesus, God
will sustain us through the worst .
Today we honor those who have been loyal and who offer encouragement for the rest of us to stay
loyal despite so many reasons not to. May the Saints in heaven continue to pray and to intercede
for us.Amen.
