Lantern Festival Celebrations

Kindly take note that on the 26th of September 2015, there will be a rosary procession 

after Mass and a potluck dinner. Those who would like to contribute food for the 

potluck dinner, please bring the food to St Henry’s Hall half an hour before Mass. 

We would like to request all parishioners to bring their lanterns. (No musical 

lanterns please) Thank you.

Open to families. One entry per family . Those who are interested ,

for myself ? We know the fruits that will come . How different to live for
others, to live for The Lord and for His Gospel. Lord , how can I live for you
and for your gospel? Let us ask for the grace not to be afraid to embrace our
daily cross , not to be afraid to lose our lives because we have this written
guarantee from The Lord Himself;

"Whoever loses his life for my sake and that of the gospel will
save it."

In the world today we still see how human beings are stripped of their self worth and dignity. Society does it in ways such as justifying abortion and euthanasia . Not forgetting the physical and verbal abuse of maids and the poor treatment of migrant workers , estate workers , orang asli , abuse of the elderly and those who are different from us. We must show no partiality and treat all human beings like children of God.
