Lifting of Dispensation for Sundays & Holy Days of Obligation. With effect from Palm Sunday (2-4-2023), the dispensation from the obligation to attend Mass on Sundays and Holy Days of Obligation will be lifted,  meaning Catholics must return to attend Mass in-person on Sundays and Holy Days of obligation.
