Please take note
that the Majlis Perbandaran Batu Pahat has drawn the double yellow lines and
yellow boxes outside the church, this is to avoid the jam during the school
hours. From 16/8/2015 (Sunday)
onwards the traffic police will do spot checks, kindly park your vehicles
within the church compound or at the Dewan carpark.

Merdeka Day Prayer
There will be a Holy Hour followed by
Mass on the 30th of August 2015 at 7:oop.m to pray for our county,
Malaysia. Let us come together to pray
for peace, harmony, unity and justice in our beloved country and for good and
responsible leaders.
Personal Retreat
Calling all those who are interested to have their
own Personal Retreat without a retreat master at St. John Vianney Retreat
House, Majodi Centre, Johor, on the following dates:- Oct 9-11, Oct 16-17, Oct
23-25 & Oct 30-31. Payment for the 2 days Personal Retreat is at RM100 per
person and 3 days is at RM200 per person, and payment is inclusive of meals
& lodging. For further information please refer to the poster attached or

Friends,
When we respond to God's law through our obedience, we give a witness to
the world that can convert it.
We cannot be forced to love God. We have a choice to put our words of
belief into action. Our choice to accept.
God's love will propel us to express our love in word and action.
May we all be doers of the word and not hearers only.
